Just make sure that the item to be exchanged or returned is in its original condition. Unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached. The customer pays the return shipping cost depending on location. Kindly include an Australia post satchel for return postage.
An item cannot be exchanged or returned if not in its original condition or if the product is either customized according to size, style and fabric or gets stained, emitting perfume scent and body odor. Discounted or on sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We encourage you not to return the jacket in its original packaging. Use thinner packaging to reduce shipping charges.

The refund will be made through the PayPal ID provided by you in the email. In case you’ve made the payment through credit card, please provide your PayPal ID in your email request. It takes 10-14 business days for a refund after receiving your initial request.
